Provence may be the rosé capital of the world, but this sunny French region also produces seriously elegant red wines. If you’ve yet to try them (or are ready for another taste!), we highly recommend this stunning discovery from one of Provence’s top estates.
Château Terrebonne has scooped 60+ awards in just 11 vintages. Located in the heart of Provence, the estate boasts nearly 350 acres of oak trees, olive groves, and (of course) vineyards. This lovely red is a classic marriage of old-vine Grenache (50%) and Syrah (20%), plus Cinsault (20%) and Mourvèdre (10%) – all grown during the exceptional 2015 vintage.
Showing a deep ruby color in the glass, this beauty has a powerful nose with aromas of rich dark fruits, licorice, and peppery spice. Look for the same characters on the palate, which leads to a silky, persistent finish.
Gorgeous its traditional curvy bottle, Château Terrebonne will make an impressive addition to your dinner table – especially if you’re serving roasted game meats or hearty vegetarian stews. Act quickly to secure your share.
