What is included in my Boston Wine Society Monthly Subscription?

A PREMIUM selection of wines for the Boston Wine Society, FRESS SHIPPING on ALL orders. 15% discount on 6+ bottles, 20% discount on 12+ bottles, 20% off private event bookings at VINOvations’ Event Center, 10% wine credit for BWS Classes, and VIP invitations.

For any adjustments to your account information (i.e. shipment information, billing information, skip a delivery, cancellations, etc.), select “ACCOUNT” in the top, right task bar.

 

How do I update my Shipping Information?

First, make sure the shipment address is saved in your “Addresses”

Once your new shipping address is saved under, “Addresses,”  Select “Manage Payment Options”

Under “Subscriptions,” select “VIEW” from the Official Boston Wine Society Membership Subscription row.

Adjust the Shipping Address by selecting “EDIT” and select the address from the drop down list.

How do I update my payment method?

Adjust your Payment Method by selecting “Manage Payment Options" under the "Your Account" page. Under "Payment Options" you can change your payment method or add an additional debit or credit card.

Can I skip next month's case?

Skip your next delivery by selecting "Subscriptions" under the "Manage Payment Options" pop-up. Select “VIEW” from the Official Boston Wine Society Membership Subscription row. Then select "EDIT" in the "Skip Your Next Delivery" row. Here you can select which months you would like to skip by checking the box next to the corresponding month. Be sure to select "SAVE" when you've finished selecting your month(s).

How can I adjust my wine preference?

You can adjust your wine preference (i.e. All Red, All White, Equal Mix) by emailing info@vinovations.us. Please state your First and Last Name, what your current wine preference is and your future wine preference going forward. You will receive an email confirming this information within 48 hours.

 

I didn’t enjoy a bottle in my last case. How can I receive a replacement bottle?

Our | Love It Guarantee | promises that you will never receive a bottle that is anything short of excellence. If any bottle fails to delight, for any reason, please visit us in store with the bottle that did not meet your expectations. We will replace the bottle on site and send you home with something we know you'll love!

 

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription (but we hope you don't!) by selecting "Subscriptions" under the "Manage Payment Options" pop-up. Select “VIEW” from the Official Boston Wine Society Membership Subscription row. Then, select "EDIT" in the "Cancel Subscription" row. Type the word "DELETE" in the form and click "UNSUBSCRIBE" to save your changes.
