Res Fortes Rose 

Only 280 cases of this limited edition, Res Fortes Roussillon 2015 hand-crafted whole bunched pressed Rose wine. A blend of Grenache Noir (40%), Grenache Blanc/ Grenache Gris (30% and Syrah (40%), makes this a great easy drinking, dry, summer Rose wine. Ideal to drink on its own, but It also drinks well with grilled pork, chicken, fish at a summers BBQ.

 

Res Fortes White Blend

This Cotes du Roussillon white from the Catalan part of France near the Spanish border is a fresh, zippy and well balanced blend of mainly Macabeu with Grenache Blanc and Grenache Gris. While undeniably easy to drink there's plenty going on here with herby fennel flavours among the gentle spiciness. This is only the second vintage from Moritz Bak a talented English trained winemaker who'll be worth looking out for in future.

 

Arizzi Wine Gioia – Sangiovese

Pink slim, bright. Fresh fruit and very intense flowers, smells, freshness and elegance characterize the taste. Great as an aperitif, with starters and fish dishes.

Try it with a mixed fried, grilled vegetables or medium seasoning cheeses.

 

Arizzi Wine #FFF – Grechetto, Chardonnay Muscat

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet ranging from tropical fruits, citrus fruits and white flowers. Freshness, complexity and balance characterize the taste. Great for convivial moments, aperitifs, first courses and second courses of fish.

Try it with rice or a risotto with fried sage.
