Schroeder Pinot Noir 2015
Here, you can look forward to red berry fruit, edged with warm oak and coffee. Try chilling very lightly in your fridge for about 15 minutes – this helps to brighten up the flavors and gives the wine a really refreshing character. Then serve with duck, pork or meaty fish like salmon.
Charles Smith Black Crown 2014
An oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon, rippling with complex black currant and chocolate with a l-o-o-o-n-g, velvety finish. And thanks to the stellar 2014 vintage – touted for delivering wines with big, exuberant fruit – the flavor dial is cranked way up.
