This is just the thing to get your next party started right.
Strict Italian wine laws only allow Prosecco makers to produce a certain amount each year – the rest of their (perfectly good!) harvest is ‘declassified’ and shared with friends and family. Because there’s no Prosecco on the label, just in the bottle, you don’t pay the premium.
Enter: Prosecco maestro Alessandro Gallici. For this special release, Alessandro took his perfectly ripe Glera (prized grape of Prosecco) and – ever the ‘visionary’ – added Chardonnay for extra roundness. Look forward to a soft, delicate mousse with aromas and flavors of peach, yellow apple and pear.
This is the bubbly to have on hand for festive occasions – first come, first served.
