As you’ll discover, apricot-filled Roussanne (star Rhône white) takes on an even richer, honeyed character Down Under – and marries brilliantly with citrusy Semillon (35%) and tropical Chardonnay (5%). Sam barrel-fermented a portion of the premium fruit, for a deliciously ripe, round texture.
