Our 2011 Sauvignon Blanc hails from a vintage that saw a light crop and a long cool growing season. Resulting in fruit that shows distinctive aromas that Sauvignon blanc is celebrated for, it's a wine that saw a slow, cold fermentation to retain its bright and crisp nature. Pale yellow in the glass, with delicate aromas and layers of pink grapefruit, lime zest, tropical fruit and a hint of fresh herbs, it's the perfect wine to enjoy on its own, or with fresh oysters, seared tuna or grilled prawns.
